Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 on the protection and free movement of personal data (hereinafter GDPR), we inform you about the treatments we intend to carry out on your personal data.
1. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
The treatment we intend to carry out on the data you have has the following purposes:
a) execute your request to be contacted by email or telephone in order to receive generic or specific information on a property or other services offered;
b) store your contact details and your real estate needs in order to send them via email real estate proposals in line with your needs;
c) register it at your request to the notification service in case of publication of new articles on the blog.
2. LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING AND CATEGORY OF DATA
The processing carried out fulfills the requirement of lawfulness as limited "to the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a part or to the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same" as well as, "to fulfill a legal obligation to which it is subject the data controller ";
The data being processed fall into the categories of personal, contact and financial data only to the extent that they are strictly necessary for the execution of the real estate services rendered, in compliance with the principle of data minimization pursuant to art.5 of the GDPR.
3. METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING AND STORAGE
The treatment will take place using manual, IT and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the GDPR. In particular, your data will be used for the collection, registration, organization, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, use as well as cancellation and destruction when conservation is no longer necessary in compliance of the principle of limitation of conservation expressly referred to in art.5 of the GDPR, except for legal obligations.
4. OPTIONAL NATURE OF PROVIDING DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF ANY REFUSAL TO RESPOND
The provision of data is optional, but any refusal to provide such data for the purposes referred to in letters a), b) and c) of point 1 of this information will make it impossible to execute the requested service.
5. SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION
Authorized personnel trained in the processing of personal data may become aware of your personal data.
Personal data will not be disseminated and communicated outside the European Economic Area (EEA) within which the GDPR applies. If necessary, we will ask for your express consent.
The data may be communicated exclusively to the technical assistance structures connected to Il Volo Immobiliare, as well as to financial intermediaries, professional firms or companies as they participate in the performance of the activity and in the fulfillment of the regulatory and tax obligations connected to it. The list of assistance structures is available at the headquarters of the Data Controller at the address specified in point 6 of this statement or by making an informal request via email.

7. DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS
Pursuant to articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR, the interested party has the right to ask us, at any time, for access to his personal data, the correction or cancellation of the same or to oppose their treatment. He also has the right to request the revocation of any consent given, and the limitation of treatment in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the GDPR, as well as obtaining the data concerning him in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the GDPR.
